Transplant from California

Though there are some things which needs to be fixed the place is great. The neighbours all seem very friendly. There are a lot of kids here but they are very kind and offer help, they are not noisy in the least. The staff as a whole is great. Maintenance tries their best to fix any issues which arise. They go out of their way for my mom who is an 83 year old lady. She is treated with the utmost respect as we all are. The office staff is great, Koko is awesome, she has great follow through.

Property and Staff

Great experience, friendly staff. Loved the upgrades and price. I believe I found my home!! I can’t wait to tell people about my experience because I KNOW theirs will be just as great.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property with amazing staff and amenities. My husband and I toured the property while looking to relocate from Texas to Vegas. I must say I was impressed with the staff and their knowledge of the proeprty. The amenities and the overall appearance of the property are breathtaking... Definitely recommend!

There are so many amazing things I can say about this complex. Not only is it affordable, it is beautifully built and equipment with an amazing customer service team! I want to say in specific Ms. Caroline Santil was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The property spoke for itself, it was cleanly, quiet and updated, take a visit to this property to truly grasp its value.

Customer Service at it's best

My air conditioning went out approximately three a.m. Todd came right over and brought a portable air conditioner. The next day (Sunday) he came right over and fixed the AC. He is such a pleasant individual and very cordial. If your business has an "Employee of the Month" program, I believe the honor should be given to Todd?
